Alice is an elegant, warm and welcoming restaurant which above all has a cuisine that leaves its mark. The restaurant was born 21st March 2007 from a meeting between Viviana Varese (chef) and Sandra Ciciriello (maître d’ and sommelier), fish and meat, prepared with creativity and taste. Starting from Mediterranean tradition, followed by experimenting, opening and following new paths. A winning meeting, as confirmed by the numerous recognitions Alice has received over the years.
21st March 2014 Alice reopens at the new location of Eataly Smeraldo in Piazza XXV Aprile. Those who wish to get the concrete meaning of Alice’s cuisine can start the gastronomic journey with one of the two tasting menus: “Sandrina” or “Viviana”. You may instead wish to choose from the à la carte, or better yet, trust the recommendations of the maître d’. At lunch you could try the high quality yet low cost menu. The wine list is worthy of a mention: around 200 wines, among which a superb selection of champagne and Franciacorta as well as many other national and international names. To top it all off with sweetness, our renowned homemade desserts to try accompanied by one of the exquisite dessert wines from our cellar.
